Participants will discover how physical development underpins learning and school readiness, with a focus on the links between movement, motor skill development, language, emotional wellbeing, and brain development.
The session will develop understanding of how purposeful, developmentally appropriate physical activity can support body awareness, spatial awareness, and self-regulation, helping children build strong foundations for learning.
Practitioners will be introduced to simple gross motor activities and playful approaches that promote physical development while supporting wider learning and development.
