Our professional team of advisers have a wide range of skills and practical experience of working with early years providers, schools and colleges together with operational management roles within local authorities and health services.
All of our advisers have up-to-date DBS checks, public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

Andrew Pembrooke
Adviser: Healthy Schools, PSHE education and Wellbeing
Experienced in supporting teachers and schools, building confidence and modelling good practice; Andrew worked as a senior trainer with leading RSE and Drugs education resource provider CWP Resources Ltd. He assisted in the writing of CWP’s award winning ‘Teaching SRE in Primary Schools’.

Anna Brennan-Craddock
Director: Operations Manager
Anna has an MSc in Public Health specialising in health promotion. She works with local authorities to plan and coordinate health promotion programmes including their design, implementation and evaluation. She also supports early years settings, schools and community groups to effectively implement health promotion activities relevant to their needs.

Becky Casey
Director: Healthy Schools, PSHE and Wellbeing Co-ordinator
Becky is an experienced SRE and Drug Education Trainer across Primary and Secondary settings. She coordinates Healthy Schools Programmes and our PSHE and Wellbeing support. She has delivered in-class training, modeling good practice, or INSET training across a whole school staff. She has experience writing schemes of work and can advise on policy development.

Colin Day
Adviser: Healthy Schools and PSHE education
Colin has worked in a number of schools up and down the country in a range of roles, including school senior management of Special Needs, Pastoral Care, PSHE, Careers and Citizenship. He was a National Assessor for the PSHE CPD programme and has worked with pupils, teachers, senior leadership teams, PCT and LA staff.

David Millard
Director
David has planned and delivered health education related programmes, workshops, consultation events and conferences with both the statutory and voluntary sector. He currently focuses on developing the processes and work plans for HEP.

Dominic Green
Adviser: Catering Operations
You will find Dominic's unique ‘hands on’ approach uncomplicated, sensitive and professional. His understanding and experience with the education catering market place and ability to provide innovative and dynamic solutions will assist you in achieving your catering goals, providing the healthiest and best results.

Ebony O'Meally
Adviser: Healthy Eating
I am a registered Associate Nutritionist and the Healthy Eating Adviser for HEP. My role is to deliver engaging nutrition training and activity programme for staff, children, young people, parents, carers and families. Supporting early years settings, primary and secondary schools, voluntary and community organisations, youth settings, play and leisure services and relevant businesses, successfully integrate health promotion activities.

Eileen Heron
Adviser: Healthy Early Years
Eileen is an experienced early years teacher and advisor. Her experience is in supporting high quality care and education in a variety of settings. She has successfully supported settings to achieve their Bronze award.

Kim Lambden
Adviser: Physical Literacy
Kim has a wide experience and understanding through her work in early years settings involved with the Healthy Early Years London Programme, Change4Life Service and physical literacy projects working alongside practitioners and parents to develop and deepen their focus on health and wellbeing. She is a passionate advocate of outdoor play supporting children to manage their own risk and develop an ‘I can do approach’ to movement.

Michelle Dewar
Senior Dietitian - Specialising in Public Health Nutrition
Michelle is a registered dietitian, specialising in public health nutrition. She is passionate about all things food and has experience in catering and menu development, developing and delivering nutrition and activity training, and has previously designed an award winning nutrition and wellbeing service. Michelle is keen to share her proactive, innovative approach to empower the community to lead healthy, happy lives.

Rachel Bailey
Adviser: Healthy Schools, PSHE education and Wellbeing
Rachel has worked for 30 years in roles including teaching, school senior leadership, school improvement in local authorities, regional government and education charities. She brings a wealth of expertise in the development of whole school and curriculum programmes related to PSHEe and Mental Wellbeing. She is passionate about enabling students and staff to learn and thrive within happy, successful and dynamic learning environments.

Tania Barney
Adviser: Healthy Early Years, Healthy Schools, PSHE education and Wellbeing
Tania supports early years settings and schools to review their current practice and develop systematic approaches to health and wellbeing. She coordinates both Healthy Early Years and Healthy Schools programmes. She is an experienced trainer and facilitator, spanning a wide range of topics including emotional health and wellbeing, attachment and self-regulation, whole setting/school approaches and PSHE provision.

Viktorija Zdanoviciute
Adviser: Domestic Abuse Prevention Education and Healthy Early Years
Viktorija has worked in the Violence against Women and Girls sector since 2009 and is currently leading on the Domestic Abuse Prevention Project for Bi-Borough Schools. The Project aims to support schools in enhancing their existing provisions that address domestic abuse preventatively. Her work at Health Education Partnership also extends to coordinating the Healthy Early Years London programme.

Wendy Craddock
Team Adminsistrator
Wendy enables HEP to function! She has worked for HEP since 2015. Wendy has a background in teaching Biology and supports the HEP team in carrying out a range of administrative tasks.
