Staff Development

We aim to work with staff in recognising their achievements and to build upon the strengths and positive work they are currently doing.

Continuing professional development

We ask a lot from staff nowadays. Over the past few years, there has been an increase upon the roles and responsibilities of school staff; whilst this can, in a positive environment, be a wonderful opportunity for staff to grow and develop professionally, it does also require efficient time management and prioritising. Providing opportunities for staff to develop interests and skills, which they can in turn pass onto colleagues and students, can have a significant positive impact upon your school or setting. Research shows that inspired and valued staff leads to higher staff retention and student attainment.

Health Education Partnership provides a variety of staff development opportunities, from one to one or group support and coaching to staff training in specific areas of interest and/or skill development.
