The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, title, name, telephone number and email address)

How we obtain personal information

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you as part of the Barnet School Food Audit survey.
Health Education Partnership has been commissioned to set up a survey to support the School Food audit in Barnet. We use a third-party service, SurveyMonkey.com, to run the online survey.
The questionnaire asks staff about food and drink provision within their school. Staff are asked to include their contact details including their first name, last name, job title and email address. From this list, job title is the only essential field. The results from the survey will be shared with the Public Health Directorate within the London Borough of Barnet.

Apart from the London Borough of Barnet, we do not share this information with other organisations or individuals and in cases where we are requested to do so we will always seek consent prior to sharing any personal information.
