- This webinar aims to increase staff understanding of the key components of a healthy balanced lunch for young children and briefly how this relates to the Eat Better Start Better framework, develop
confidence in managing catering contracts, finances and the practicalities associated with food provision (based on £2.47 voucher/child), and be aware of how to access further support: resources, advice, parent workshops and further training.

Bitesize Webinar: Introduction to Healthy Eating and Nutrition
- This introduction training webinar aims to support practitioners working with children and families through increasing awareness of why and how we should eat a healthy balanced diet. Following on from this introduction session, settings will be made aware of additional support available from the Change4Life service that can be tailored specifically to their needs.
Bitesize Webinar: Introduction to food and drink provision for community settings
- This webinar aims to support practitioners to become more familiar with simple healthy food and drink options that can be provided onsite, or that can be recommended to parents/carers and families when bringing food onsite. This includes advice and information for breakfast, snacks, drinks, lunch and tea.
Bitesize Webinar: Promoting a Sugar Smart Diet
- This introduction training webinar aims to support practitioners working with children and families to increase awareness of why and how we should promote a sugar smart diet. Following on from this introduction session, settings will be made aware of additional support available from the Change4Life service that can be tailored specifically to their needs.
