Event Overview:

The event will provide a mixture of presentations, workshops and group activities. Further details will be released over the next 2-3 weeks.

The aims of the event are to:

• Explore the latest developments in Personal Development, including Health Education, SMSC, Economic Education as well as Equality, Inclusion & Diversity Education and Sex Education
• Learn from schools in their understanding of resilience and how to develop resilience and practice as part of a whole-school/college inclusive approach
• Learn about local and national services that can provide support for schools, including The PSHE Association, Groundwork and The Nest
• Continue strengthening local collaborations and partnership working
• Identify further CPD, training and support that schools would find most helpful
• Access the new “Wellbeing First: IMHARS resources, support and funding” for schools/colleges, created by “IMAHRS & HS Champion schools” for all schools across Southwark
