LBBD Healthy Schools and PSHE Network

Network Overview:

Termly network meetings for PSHE and Healthy School Leads. In September 2020 Relationships and Health Education became statutory in Primary schools and Relationships, Sex and Health Education in Secondary schools. These meetings will focus on different areas of Healthy Schools such as implementation including curriculum, staff confidence, assessment and resources. Resources will be shared with schools and partners are invited to talk through the support available.

The network will focus on:

• Sharing good practice
• Presentation from partners
• Update on resources/CPD available
• Focused section on one topic area e.g. assessment in PSHE education (details of the focus area will be sent to schools)
