In September 2025, the Department of Education will introduce new nutrition guidance in the EYFS framework. Within the guidance the role of the key person is highlighted as essential in ensuring children are provided with healthy, balanced and nutritious food in the setting and at home. This training will support you to understand key nutrition messages for under 5s and share healthy eating information with families.
