Training Webinar Overview:
The Change4Life service is available in Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster to support children, young people and families most at risk of poor health outcomes to eat well and keep active.
This webinar aims to support practitioners to become more familiar with simple healthy food and drink options that can be provided onsite, or that can be recommended to parents/carers and families when bringing food onsite. This includes advice and information for breakfast, snacks, drinks, lunch and tea*.
Following on from this webinar, settings will be made aware of additional support, resources and training available from the Change4Life service that can be tailored specifically to their needs.
*Please note, food and drink suggestions target those working with 5+, however, additional information is highlighted for adapting this for younger children aged 2-5 years

- Be aware of how to access resources, support and further training to help embed key messages in your setting or local community
