One You is an integrated Healthy Lifestyle and Stop Smoking service and aims to help residents in both boroughs to make long term sustainable changes to their health and lifestyle behaviours.
This bitesize training webinar aims to support staff and volunteers in all settings to raise awareness of Physical Literacy and the importance of Being Active every day, how this can contribute to supporting positive health and well-being, and to show settings how to use MECC in their role in relation to this topic.
