Training Webinar Overview:
The Change4Life service is available in Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster to support children, young people, and families most at risk of poor health outcomes to eat well and keep active. One You is an integrated Healthy Lifestyle and Stop Smoking service and aims to help residents in both boroughs to make long term sustainable changes to their health and lifestyle behaviours.
This bitesize training webinar aims to provide an overview of the key public health messages that support conversations around promoting a healthier weight, as well as highlighting useful guidance documents and information about the importance of avoiding weight stigma. This session aims to introduce the MECC framework in relation to increasing confidence in facilitating positive conversations around this topic.
