Training Overview:
A termly network meeting for Secondary PSHE Leads to share good practice, receive updates of new initiatives, resources and guidelines. Building on the work that schools have done since Relationships, Sex and Health Education became statutory, meetings will focus on different areas of implementation including curriculum planning, staff confidence, assessment and resources. Local partner organisations are invited to present about how they can support PSHE at your school.

Links to Healthy Schools London Bronze Award:
To achieve the Healthy Schools Bronze award schools must evidence that they are delivering PSHE Education and EWMH in the curriculum and meeting the statutory guidance from the DfE. The school should have an SLT lead and subject lead for PSHE, an up to date policy, a planned curriculum with assessment opportunities and methods of recording and reporting.
Directions and Parking:
Visitors should come to reception at the end of Hilton Avenue (N12 9HB) to sign in.
There is free parking on the local roads e.g. Warnham Road, Bramber Road, Lewes Road and Petworth Road. You should then walk around to the Academy Reception at the top of Hilton Avenue. Please allow 10 minutes for the walk.
There are driving restrictions on Hilton Avenue. Restrictions are in place from 8.00am – 9.00am and 3.00pm – 4.15pm. Any visitors driving into Hilton Avenue during these times will be issued with a penalty charge notice from the Barnet Parking team.
