Training Overview:

The Change4Life service is available in Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster to support children, young people and families most at risk of poor health outcomes to eat well and keep active.

This introduction training session aims to support practitioners working with children and families through increasing awareness of the key messages and services available to support children and families to eat healthily and be more active. Following on from this introduction session, settings will be made aware of additional free support available from the Change4Life service that can be tailored specifically to their needs.

Impact on your Knowledge, Skills and Confidence:

  • Become more familiar with the key messages that support children and families in becoming more active and eating healthily
  • Be aware of how to access resources, support and further training to help embed key messages in your setting or local community
