Training Overview:
This training session aims to support schools to meet the statutory School Food Standards across the whole day. It will support staff involved in menu planning, development, and auditing, including healthy schools’ leaders, teachers, and catering staff within schools.

- Become more familiar with the mandatory standards and rationale behind these
- Understand how to take a whole school approach to food and drink provision
- Increase confidence in meeting the food and drink standards through careful menu planning and tailored contract management
- Increase awareness of valuable practical resources
